It was insanely tedious to make playlists and generally do anything with it, but the upside was that you could skin it with “wacky” themes (the more sci-fi/futuristic the better). It got bought by AOL years ago and they left it to die, and apparently you can still buy a copy for $19.95 on their site. LOL Winamp was my life once. I used Winamp for years, then Windows Media Player for about a year then it’s been iTunes ever since. OH WINAMP how I remember you SO WELL!
